After being recommended to the St. Louis area’s Zoo Museum District, I bid on and won the contract to write its annual report for 2014-15. The project involved interviews with the directors of the district’s five cultural institutions (Zoo, History Museum, Art Museum, Science Center and Botanical Garden); presentations to members of the ZMD board; coordination with numerous stakeholders; and collaboration with the project’s designer. The district’s board chairwoman expressed her delight with the result.
